3 Ingredient Fruit Dip

Easiest.

Dip.

Ever.

Seriously- this stuff is so good and so, so easy.

We whipped this up in about 5 minutes prior to Small group this past week and it was gobbled up even faster!

Try this the next time you want something sweet, a little tangy, creamy, smooth, and healthy! It’s absolutely dreamy on a slice of apple.

3 Ingredient Fruit DipĀ 

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaping cup Greek Yogurt, I used Vanilla flavored
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter, I used Jif Natural
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined.

Serve at room temperature, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Serve with apples, banana slices, berries, grapes, or pretzel rods for a sweet n salty treat.

Notes:

*Could also add 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon for a little sweet spice!

**Pour into individual ramekins prepared with a thin layer of graham cracker crust, freeze, top with a small amount of chocolate syrup or a dollop of whipped cream for an-almost guilt free peanut buttery treat.
