Crockpot Hot Cranberry “Tea” | Simple Hostessing Tip

Few things satisfy the soul like a mug of steamy hot tea, hot coffee, hot chocolate, or hot apple cider.

So, reason would suggest that an entire crock pot full of simmering fall goodness would be good for many souls. Wouldn’t it?

This special fall & wintertime drink is perfect for all sorts of social gatherings- a warm up after a day full of errands, hopping in and out of your car, at an open house, a house-warming party (it makes your house smell awesome by the way), or just simply an evening sipper when friends or family come over for quality time and conversation.

I absolutely love the idea of being able to offer my house guests something so warm and immediately inviting.

Makes them feel cared for. And at the end of the day, isn’t that what we all long for?

And sometimes, the simplest of gestures mean the most.

Hot Cranberry Spiced Punch

  • 2 quarts 100% Cranberry Juice
  • 1 quart pineapple juice
  • 1 quart water
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 4 slices lemon
  • 3 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1 1/2 tsp whole cloves
  • 1 tsp Allspice

Place all ingredients into large slow cooker or percolator. Heat and serve hot in mugs.

Garnish, if you so desire, with a swirl of orange peel and a cinnamon stick for extra fall-time flair.

Delicious, and so very easy!

My hope is that you enjoy this all fall & winter long!
